Wholesale Application

Bring Made By Scratch Crafts to your shop! We welcome applications from retailers, cat cafés, pet boutiques, rescues, and other businesses.

Complete the application below and upload official business documentation, such as a resale certificate, business license, or nonprofit registration. If requesting sales-tax exemption, please provide the appropriate resale or exemption certificate for review.

All applications are reviewed before wholesale access is granted. Once approved, we’ll email you instructions for accessing wholesale pricing and ordering.

Wholesale orders have a $75 minimum. Product minimums vary, with mixed sizes allowed for eligible shirts.
