Return Policy
Made By Scratch Crafts accepts returns for both defective and non-defective items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition and packaging
To start a return, please contact us at madebyscratchcrafts@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will work with you to make it right.
For defective or damaged items, we will provide a return shipping label or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Non-Defective Returns
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
