Order Minimum

The minimum for direct wholesale orders is $75.

Production Time

Most wholesale orders ship within 7–10 business days. If a larger order requires additional production time, Made By Scratch Crafts will contact you with an estimated completion date.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout. Net payment terms are not currently available for direct wholesale orders.

Shipping

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are calculated at checkout. Please verify that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

Made By Scratch Crafts is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will assist whenever possible if a shipment is delayed or lost in transit.

Returns and Exchanges

All wholesale sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to Made By Scratch Crafts within 15 days of delivery.

Please contact us and include clear photographs of the items received, the shipping package, and any visible damage. Once the issue has been reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or account credit.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production has begun, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

Handmade Products

Many Made By Scratch Crafts products are handmade. Small variations in placement, color, texture, or finish may occur and are part of the handmade nature of the products.

Resale Documentation

Wholesale customers are responsible for supplying a valid resale certificate or other required tax-exemption documentation and for complying with the resale and tax requirements that apply to their business.

Ordering Through Faire

Orders placed through Faire are subject to Faire’s payment, shipping, return, and promotional policies.
